The episode starts to circle on common themes: community, kindness, empathy, critical thinking, and looking deeper for good information.

On episode 23 I get to sit and talk to a long time online friend Pete White. @pete.on.repeat is an online sobriety advocate, and one the OG Instagram sobriety posters. On this episode we talk about Pete's battles with alcohol, divorce, finding new love, creativity, and some of our media loves. Epsiode 22 - Dann Williams

On this episode I talk with Dann Williams, a true story of recovery and success in his life after he put down the drink/drugs. Dann @op_ceramic_dann is one of the owners of a car detailing supply business and a true entrepreneur. Dann found his sobriety at the age of 29 and has not looked back. In his recovery he has found success in love, real estate, business, raising dogs, and maintaining strong relationships. It wasn't an easy path before, but Dann shares some of his steps toward success and some real juicy nuggets on ways to maintain sobriety. Sara's journey includes 12 Step AA, a strong faith, and now a real focus on lifting heavy/nutrition. Her commitment to religion has been the bedrock of her recovery and she walks her talk.
