Revelations 21

Following the great white throne judgment of chapter 20, John sees a new heaven and a new earth.

John sees an angel binding Satan with a great chain and confining him to the bottomless pit for a thousand years.

Revelations 18

In chapter 18, John's vision shifts to describe the fall of a slightly different "Babylon." In this context, Babylon is a political and economic entity.
