Explicit
The Reel Ethics by Ronnie Brooks
Episode notes
In this episode we look at the criminal justice system. In most cases Public Defenders work to defend the most vulnerable population against a system that uses discriminatory practices in sentencing. It’s a fine balance between validating the victim experience and holding defendants accountable while upholding rights to due process. As we talk with Los Angelo’s County, Public Defense Attorney Emily Milton.
