His stacked resume speaks for itself as Jared is the co-founder of Island Crashers (formerly Trump Events), J'ouvert Jubeez and the founder of Major EMP (Events, Marketing and Production). Complimenting his extremely charismatic and outgoing personality, Major Penny emphasizes remaining humble and grounded. Beyond that Troy does not limit himself to any individual identity or career or belief, but one thing that he preaches is that LOVE is the answer and that the world is in dire need of it.
