Everything's gonna be all right

Corey Freels, Autumn Lane, and Becky Ruckart lead the conversation in market updates, FHA news, and how to care like a healthy tribe.

Let's Spread The Word

Following the Market Forecast from Wednesday, Corey summarizes what's going on currently, how to prepare for the upcoming months, and the "why" behind it all. To start, here is some evidence....our March pipeline is double our February pipeline, and that demonstrates the impact of lower rates! Rates moved lower, housing ticked higher. When rates improve we will have a good year; hang in there, Realtors! There is light at the end of the tunnel. As we all know, a Realtor's business doesn't build itself. You may find yourself with a little extra time on your hands and maybe, if you've been in the business a while, you probably have a gold mine of a database to work with. Our biz development guru, Bekah Ruckart, gives a breakdown of her role with The LTW Group and how she puts her millennial powers to work by helping Realtors use shiny tools and systems grow and work their business. If you haven't had a brainstorming meeting with Bekah yet, don't waste any more time. Reach out!

Good news is bad news, bad news is good news.

After this week's Fed meeting, Corey breaks down the meaning behind the jobs report, inflation, and what this all means moving forward. On top of this, we believe we are in a tight closing window for your buyers to have negotiating power. It's a win-win for them. Next up, Autumn, who is one of our govy queens, reminds you DO NOT let your turn downs getaway. We have avenues to help your buyer win who otherwise may not be able to. There are some changes coming down the pipe from Freddie and Fannie, so we may start to see some more government loans. Long story short, they are making the guidelines a bit stricter. Don't be afraid to accept govy loans when you're on the list side. Bekah, the fun haver herself, shares an invite to remain flexible and healthy as we march forward through this market. So stick around until the end!

The Gangs All Here!

As always, Corey brings the latest and greatest updates on the market. Fear not, he promises to not be boring! Becky shares why we are likely able to win an FHA approval over other banks and lenders and why some might be more flexible than others. Bekah follows up on business action planning with one thing to do with your book of business this week! Lisa tells a story that reminds everyone how valuable it is to be our realtor partner that we work for a national platform. that we are part of a National footprint. Make connections and a paycheck outside of just the Knoxville market! Also don't forget we are licensed in TN, NC, SC, and soon to be Alabama! Wrapping the episode is Autumn, who gives a teaser to our Agent Social Jumpstart program. Need help getting in front of the camera, or even figuring out where to start with your social media? We got you and we're excited to help!
