Going Back To Move Forward - How Vulnerability with God Helps You Heal from Trauma

This episode is one that came from the depths of our hearts. There were no specific questions, it was inspired simply by the nudging of the Holy Spirit. I urge you to listen with an open heart and a willingness to surrender. I pray that it causes you to search deep within and be vulnerable with the Father about the pain/hurt that you find. I pray that you sit with Him and open up about everything that you've lost and tell Him where it hurts so He can come and heal and restore. I know that as you listen, the Spirit of God will touch and piece back every part of your broken heart until it is whole again and better than it was before. Welcome to The Growth Room! This journey started a year ago and a lot happened since then that led to me taking a long break but by God's grace, I'm back for good! In this episode, I introduce/reintroduce myself and TheGrowthRoom (TGR) and detail what you can expect from TGR. God has been gracious and has allowed me to start again and I'm SO EXCITED to see all that He has in store for us.
