For those of you that don't know, September is recognised as Suicide Prevention Month, with World Suicide Prevention Day being acknowledged on the 10 September every year. So I really wanted to take this opportunity to discuss with you guys ways to identify warning signs of suicidal thoughts in people, and then also a few tips as to how to help these people!
