This week, I’m joined by Sarika Diaz, LE, LP, LSO. Sarika is the founder of True Skin Aesthetics, located in Houston, Texas. She is a trainer for Sciton, a KOL for Alastin Skincare, and Co-Chair of the aesthetician track at the Science of Skin Summit! Sarika brings knowledge and passion to every conversation she’s a part of.

In this episode we talk about the barriers Sarika broke through when opening her business after spending 13 years inside of other businesses as an esthetician and laser tech, her passion for treating skin of color safely and efficaciously, products she sees as staples in practice, and her path to becoming co-chair of the Science of Skin Summit with Renee Rouleau!
