Typically I would say a business plan, but the truth is that a business plan is not the ONLY thing you need to succeed; if that’s the case, everyone would be millionaires by now, don’t you think so? So, the tricky part of plans is that you need action steps pushing you forward in the right direction and helping you get things done because success lies in the gap between your goals and implementation.
