Jamie is a former Royal Marine Commando having served and trained all over the world. It was awesome to get an insight into the mindset given to him after nearly a decade of serving. We discussed many things, from his adventures while serving around the world (including windmilling in a brothel in Belize 😂) before going into mental health within the forces and why keeping active is essential for your mental health 💪🏼
