Real stoked to be joined by UK professional kitesurfer Sam Light this week.

Awesome to chat to him about how he got into the sport, turning pro and what life is like at the top level of such an extreme sport.

On top of that Sam is also a very successful YouTube Vlogger, amassing hundreds of thousands of views. It was really interesting to get his take on putting your life out on screen for people to watch. Very similar to learning a new trick, its all about having the courage to step out of your comfort zone.

This in itself is such a huge part of mental wellbeing, feeling confidence in yourself to try new things.
