Additionally, he is a multifamily owner, operator, and investor in multiple US states. He has delivered strong cash-flow and market-exceeding returns on his current and past Real Estate activities.

Prior to his Real Estate business activities, Mr. Nelson worked as a Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager in the medical, additive, and power industries, and as a General Contractor in AK. He received his bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and master’s degrees in Material’s Science from the University of North Dakota.
