Episode notes
The weight of the world shouldn’t rest entirely on the shoulders of the next generation, but they aren't waiting around for someone else to fix it. As a dynamic, youth-led branch of the Waste Warriors family, YUWA was born in 2023 in Dehradun. In this episode, we sit down with Riya to trace her journey from volunteering on the ground to leading a team of young environmental activists in protecting the roof of the world.
