My name is Terrance Ó Domhnaill, and I am back again to your village with more news from the outside world. Come sit with me around the fireplace once again as I bring you something a wee bit controversial today. It is a dark, cold depressing day outside where I am and maybe a fitting day for today's subject. It started out when I read a couple of upsetting news articles about the statistics of rape in the United States and I broadened it out to a world-wide atrocity with more articles from around the world. Stay tuned as I bring it all to you front and center. If you are a woman, this should scare you. For men, this should bring shame on your heads for letting this happen. Due to the sensitve nature and some graphic descriptions of rape, I have set a restriction on this for 18+ adults only.

This week, I bring you news stories and an editorial on stupid humans. Also, I talk about what a Trump presidency might look like, referencing a Thom Hartmann Report article published for subscribers on Tuesday.

This week, I have a lecture about wealth disparity around the world and how Donald Trump fits in with that at our expense, if he should get elected again.

This week, I have the usual mix of news stories and Substack articles for everyone from around the world. In the second half, I talk about immigration with some relevant articles from Medium.com, two of which I read to the audience. This is an in your face editorial for the white, privileged Americans who are constantly crying about the hordes of invading migrants coming across the southern border.

The First News Podcast for 2024.

Lots of news stories of good and bad abou tthe environment, the Russians, Gaza, and China. A couple about doings in the U.S. as well. The Op Ed in the second half is all about how badly the global corporations are screwing everyone over for profits.

In Between the holiday Weekends with a Wish for a Better Year in 2024

In a new switch, I am transistioning to videos newscasts for 2024. This will be my first as a beta version to see how it does. I am sure my Youtube visitors might enjoy the new me but I am curious as to how the other podcast platforms will handle this. I will be checking all of them to see what it looks like so I can make good decisions before next week. Meanwhile, this weeks show has the usual mix of news from around the world and my Op Ed about greed and finding the will power to get rid of these greedy rich people so the rest of us can have a decent life.

I have a quite a few stories about the craziness going on around the world. There are quite a few of them about world wide immigration issues, News from Russia and some from Palestine. The editorial is all about how the U.S. is complicite in Israel's war crimes and how war crimes for them is nothing new.

We wouldn't want to leave out the world's most notorious bad actors, would we. Then, all about the unnamed dead from the jungles of Ecuador all the way to the U.S southern border. I have a handful of news articles about illegal immigration from around the world, Right-wing government elections, EU air quality, Middle east air quality, a couple of stories about the Irish and there problems with the midde east, and others. In the second half, I rant about the war in Palestine some more with some interesting articles. This weeks episode isn't as long as usual and thatg may become a new thing.
