Episode notes
In this episode, we explore David Harbour’s soul contract in the context of the recent attention around Lily Allen’s new album and their separation. We find the presence of the Prison Program, which aligns with his real-life history of being arrested after a bar fight in his early 20s. But as we discuss, this program is never just about physical confinement — it’s about the internal experience of feeling trapped, restricted, or split between identities.
His contract also shows a predisposition toward love triangles, emotional instability in relationships, and the tendency to lead a double life, a pattern of being one person in public and another in private. So in this episode, we trace not just the break-up, but the karmic pattern underneath.
