Who Is My Neighbor?

We all know the phrase, “Love your neighbor.” But Jesus has a way of making simple commands much more complicated.
In Season 3, Episode 6 of The SHIELD Armory, we take a hard look at the question: Who actually is my neighbor? Is it the person who lives next door? The person who looks like me, thinks like me, or treats me well? Or does Jesus call us to something much deeper?
For law enforcement officers, dispatchers, first responders, and anyone who serves others, this question hits close to home. Every shift brings encounters with people who are easy to care about—and people who aren't. Scripture challenges us to look beyond convenience, differences, and even conflict, and see people the way God sees them.
This episode challenges us to move beyond simply asking “Who is my neighbor?” and start asking the more important question:
“How can I be a neighbor?”
