In this first episode, Jen steps inside David's beautiful Cambridge home and has an in-depth chat with him about childhood and growing up into early adulthood.
We discover how David's curiosity for worms and bees played a crucial part in introducing him to both Science and Entrepreneurship. ๐ชฑ๐
We also find out what David used to get up to as a teenager on Richmond Park and how Serendipity, the title of his book, is woven into so much of his early life. ๐๐ช๐ฅ
We also dive into his education and early career and find out what brought David to Cambridge and crucially, what kept him here.
The conversation also covers that chance meeting with Jonathan Milner and how Abcam was formed.
You're not going to want to miss this one.
And yes, we meet David's beautiful dog. ๐
