In this week's episode we looked at the importance of breaking bad habits to commune with God. According to research, a habit takes 18 days to be formed, and while some teens have formed healthy habits that are beneficial to their adolescent lives, there are others who have formed bad habits that are keeping them outside the perfect will of God.
As for me, I would have formed a habit of sleeping in late on the weekends because going to school so early during the weekdays had really drained me. With that said, it meant that my prayer time looked a little different on weekends, but our fellowship and communion with God should not suffer because of the unhealthy habits we have created.
