Mark is the founder of the London-based pest control business, PestGone Environmental, whose clients include the rich and famous to members of the Royal Family. He is the bestselling author of the book Pests to Peace and appeared as a candidate on BBC’s The Apprentice in 2023.

Prior to this, Mark started his career in the military. Mark and I met on an entrepreneurs’ programme and I knew that he would be the perfect guest to talk about value creation as he demonstrates it throughout his professional career.
