Overcoming Fear

Fear is one of the most major stumbling blocks we will ever encounter as we move along the Path to Freedom. Fear of not being enough, fear of not having enough, and fear of venturing into the unknown, just to name a few. And so, having an understanding of where the fear arises from and what purpose it is meant to serve greatly assists us in overcoming it. I invite you to join me as we explore what fear is and how to move through it, so that we may continuously keep setting ourselves free.

It Will Manifest In Due Time

Manifestation is always happening; it never stops. This is so regardless of whether we can see any evidence of it or not. A seed planted in the ground begins to root and shoot the moment the conditions are right for that particular seed. However, it takes time before we see any evidence of it. And so, as we move along the path of manifestation, we are wise not to judge by appearances but to trust that the Divine and perfect timing is always at play. I invite you to join me as we explore this.

It Is Not Us Doing It

As we are moving along the Path to Freedom, we need to learn to release and let go of the micromanaging, the controlling, the trying to make anything happen - as these bring us nothing but suffering (mental, emotional, physical). A seed planted in the ground does not make anything happen. The mother does not make the baby happen. The caterpillar does not make the butterfly happen. Nor are we ever making anything happen. I invite you to join me as we move deep into exploring the art of surrender.

Keeping A Prayer Journal

Keeping a Prayer Journal is one of the most powerful tools I know of when it comes to reaching and sustaining my vibrational alignment with the good that I desire. A prayer journal is what it sounds like, a journal where we write what we wish to experience so that we may come into the knowing and feeling that it already is, thus that that good may emerge from within us with ease and grace. I invite you to join me as we explore how to use this beautiful and powerful tool in our daily lives.

It is Done, It is Happening Now

As we are moving along the path of manifestation, we are wise to be conscious about how we are moving through life. Are we moving from a sense of fear, worry, and doubts, from a sense of lack, scarcity, and separation, or are we moving from an inner knowing that the good we wish to experience is already done? To move ourselves into vibrational alignment with our visions, intentions, and dreams, we need to move and choose from a space of trust. Even if we cannot see the manifestation yet, we can still act as though it has already come to fruition. I invite you to join me as we explore this aspect of vibrational alignment.

Know It, Feel It - See It

The Sacred laws respond to and reflect back to us whatever we are in sustained vibrational alignment with. What this means is that as we are moving to call something into our experience, we need to do the inner work necessary for us to come into a knowing and feeling that it is already done. Then, and only then, will it manifest without effort on our part, but it will manifest with ease and grace. I invite you to join me as we explore what this means.

Drama Is Optional

While our minds seem to have a strong inclination toward entertaining thoughts, and while many of us have a habitual tendency to dwell in time, past, present, and future), if we want to experience the ever-expanding peace, joy, harmony, wholeness, and abundance we need to claim mastery over our minds. It is not necessary for us to buy into the content in our minds. It is not necessary for us to be hijacked by our thoughts or emotions. It is not necessary for us to attach ourselves to every thought and emotion that flows through our minds. We can choose peace even in the midst of intense mental and emotional activity, and in that sense, drama is optional. I invite you as we explore how to choose peace to reign supreme within us, even in the midst of intensity.

Let's Be A Living, Moving, Walking, Prayer

Being a living, moving, walking prayer does not mean that we walk around praying 24/7. However, many of us lean into prayer only as a last resort, as a sort of 911 emergency call, not building the spiritual prayerful muscles in between emergencies that actually are the answer to any challenge we will ever face. I invite you to join me as we explore what it means to be a living, moving, walking prayer and how it serves us so powerfully.

Let's Celebrate The Fear - It Is A Good Sign

As we are moving along the Path to Freedom, we are bound to bump into fear. Now, for the most part, fear is only an egoic projection based on a story of doom and gloom or worst-case scenarios. And so if we want to set ourselves free we need to find a way to overcome the fear. To not let it stop or control us. I invite you to join me as we take a deep dive into understanding the fear and how we can go beyond it.

The Healing Power Of Prayer - Calling Willingness Forth

Prayer is not about asking, begging, or beseeching Spirit to give us anything. But the purpose of Prayer is to treat our minds to know that All is Well regardless of external conditions and circumstances, thus raising vibration and expanding our consciousness to the point where we become the avenue through which the good we desire may flow into this dimension. The purpose of this particular prayer is to move us into a deep willingness to do the inner work necessary to continue to grow and move forward. And so I invite you to make yourself comfortable, close your eyes, and allow these words to move you into vibrational alignment with and into the feeling tone that All is Well so that, when sustained, more good than you have ever imagined may emerge into your life. In order for you to sustain that feeling tone, I invite you to come back to this or any other of these prayers again and again.
