Montauk Project

In this episode Lindsay shares with Amanda the eerie legends of the Montauk Project — alleged secret experiments at Camp Hero on Long Island that claim to have unlocked mind control, time travel, psychic warfare, and interdimensional contact (Bigfoot?!?!). We open with the origin story: Cold War-era military secrecy, strange local sightings, and the rise of whistleblower accounts from the 1980s and 1990s. The chilling connections to "Stranger Things" are wild--children allegedly trained as psychic operatives, experiments that warped time and space, a mysterious “Montauk Chair” used to amplify consciousness, and reports of creatures and portals beneath the base. In this day and age of WEIRD and twisted, nothing is impossible. Yikes.
