Is it possible to cook a ‘real’ three course Christmas meal under a shelter, in a storm, in December, in Wales? Well the answer is an emphatic ‘yes’! Truthfully, there were a few extra influences which I hadn’t really considered as I planned with military precision, my cooking techniques while sitting in a nice warm office.
