So planning around those times, like getting all food and workout gear prepped the night before so you can just get up and get moving in the morning. Or perhaps, you feel like you might need help but see therapy as a negative, maybe having a bias toward it. Dr. Jenn breaks down the stigma of therapy and sets the record straight.
