This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Mann Gulch Fire tragedy. August 5th 1949 12 Smokejumpers and 1 Fire Guard lost their lives fighting the Mann Gulch Fire. Chiara Cipriano & Rory Glueckert from the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest share the story of the Mann Gulch Fire tragedy as well as the Memorial events being held to honor the great young men we lost to the Mann Gulch Fire.
