A Prison in Her Backyard and a Major Life Change Shaped Courtney Payne Into the Real Estate Agent She Is Today
Episode notes
Courtney Payne never expected to end up in real estate. Before joining the Meyer Lucas Team, she earned a degree in criminology and worked as a crime intelligence analyst before discovering where she truly belonged. Looking back, she sees every chapter of her career as preparation for the agent she is today.
In this episode of The Lemon Drop, Holly Meyer Lucas sits down with Senior Real Estate Advisor and Rookie of the Year Courtney Payne to talk about the path that led her to the Meyer Lucas Team. Courtney shares what she learned during her first years in real estate, the challenges she faced outside of work, and how those experiences shaped the way she serves her clients.
You'll also hear about Courtney's upbringing in Florida, the mindset that helped her earn Rookie of the Year, and why authenticity, consistency, and honest communication are at the center of every client relationship.
