On adaptation, inherited shapes, and the life that was made for you.

There's a principle carried from years of teaching and being a student yoga: the pose must fit the body, not the other way around.

Forcing the body into a shape it isn't ready for - or was never built for - is how people get hurt. On the mat, and everywhere else.

This episode moves from the yoga studio to the fitting room to the shape of a life. It asks how much of our suffering comes not from personal failure, but from spending our energy contorting ourselves to fit shapes - careers, relationships, identities - that were never drawn from our actual nature.

Bespoke isn't the luxury exception. It's the original. The question is whether you're willing to ask: what would my life look like if  ...
