What are the chakras? What is the meaning of each chakra or energy center? Why do we have energy centers? How do you heal and balance not only each energy center, but the entire energy system?

In this episode, I'm going to dive into each of these questions and give you as clear of an understanding of your own energy as I can. This episode continues on from part 1, which introduced you to the overall system, and how your energy works with the infinite energy of the Universe.

Today, we're covering all of the 7 Chakras, root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. This is going be an over view of the full system, and then in a few weeks, I will start going through each energy center individually.
