Ejaries.ae is a private service operated by Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO. It is not a government website, is not affiliated with DLD or RERA, and does not issue Ejari certificates. Certificates are issued through official DLD and RERA systems.

An expired Ejari does not automatically tell you whether to renew, cancel or make a new registration. The correct route depends on what actually happened to the tenancy.

Begin with the tenancy event

Ask the basic questions. Did the same tenant stay and renew? Did the tenant leave? Did the landlord change? Was there a gap between contracts? Has a new tenant moved in?
