Ejaries.ae is a private service operated by Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO. It is not a government website, is not affiliated with DLD or RERA, and does not issue Ejari certificates. Certificates are issued through official DLD and RERA systems.

A tenant-led Ejari request that is not approved within the official window may be automatically cancelled. That closes the application—it does not end the tenancy.
