Do not be a fool, and follow God! Listen to the wise words of Solomon and not the foolish words of the sinners that we often come across. Life will through many things at us, and it is up to us how we are going to respond to those obstacles, and the Proverbs provide us a road map that can lead us down a road of peace and abundance. Let us find that path and take it!

We all tend to complain and be unthankful for the blessings we have, but unfortunately our kids will mimic what we say and do. So as Christians, we must always be thankful...primarily because of our salvation, but also because God has blessed us with many reasons to be thankful. Let us, as parents, choose wisely.

I have a challenge for you this week, memorize Psalm 1:1-2 with me so that we can work towards being a blessed man who is influenced by the word of God and not the world.
