In this episode of The Creative Spotlight, I share one of my favorite techniques for amping up my confidence when I'm feeling like I'd rather stay in the metaphorical wings of the theater. It takes bravery to put yourself in the spotlight, and that's because being seen is a vulnerable experience. This technique is a quick mindset shift that will help you expand your confidence so you take action on the things that, well, require confidence. Let's dive in!

I've been working in the theater industry for two decades now, gradually building up my own unique audience of immersive theater lovers. 🎭 My creative expertise hails from the theater and performance world. My husband and I built our business once, then we completely rebuilt it again with the Broadway Model. It is what has allowed us to continually produce new works (which I live for) while still getting paid for the last round of creative expression. This model can be applied to your creative medium too - with just a little creativity. 😉
