In this episode the gang catch up on some exciting developments for the charity. There's a fascinating discussion on maintaining one's mental health at work, how to help your employer to help everyone and the build up to the social event of the summer, the BadCo Summer Ball. Episode 21: Friendship, summer events and things that fly.

This week the gang discuss the joys of genuine friendship, summer events and whether or not Adam wears golf wear to bed. Other subjects include how the charity is going from strength to strength, where people might find them at upcoming events and the endless drama that is the price of everything at service stations.

Episode 20: Good Grief. A personal account.

In this episode, we focus on the issue of grief, because Lisa is coming to terms with the death of her father. She talks with wit and humility about navigating the last couple of weeks of her life. Other subjects covered include the upcoming BadCo Charity Ball, the epic climb of Scafell Pike (and what happend when the crew reached the top).There are, as always, humorous rants and, true to form, Lisa sings us out.

Episode 19: Much momentous news, panic attacks and middle aged men in pants.

This week's is a bumper edition with some significant personal and organisational milestones achieved. In addition, the team discuss the wonder of Biltong, a suitably BadCo way to mark the coronation and the legality or otherwise of bucket shaking.

Episode 18: Schmingle, Dingle, Sleep and Gladiators.

This week the team discuss Polish easter, fish (to all intents and purposes), films we may or may not have watched and of course, Gladiators. There's the usual chat around a particular focus and this week it's sleep, the lack thereof and potential treatments. There's discussion of what the BadCo team have been up to and what's upcoming too. Lastly there's Lise singing. I need say no more. We hope you enjoy!

Episode 17: The pod returns: Therapy, hosepipes and accidental sausage rolls.

It's back! The Podcast returns after a 7 month hiatus with a hilarious recap of the past little while. Highlights include a brief and barely acceptable Christmas round up, whether or not to continue eating chocolate, plunge baths (of various kinds) and the inadvertent consumption of mixed meat products.
