Saul came in from the field behind the oxen. He didn't know what was coming. The Spirit of God rushed on him, he moved three hundred thousand men in a day, and by noon the threat was gone. Then the crowd offered him the chance to settle old scores with his enemies—and he refused it. "Today the LORD has worked salvation in Israel."
