Episode notes
This episode is a full-blown activation.
Sarah drops into the raw, mystical, very-human chaos of not knowing — and why that’s actually one of the clearest 5D codes we have. From mirrors-as-portals to plant medicine lessons, from Esalen grandmother transmissions to dancing sensual innocence in her upstate NY bathroom, she unpacks how surrendering to God consciousness shifts everything.
This one moves through self-love, shadow patterns, looping thoughts, sexual energy without shame, kundalini openings, soul-tone resonance, and the wild puzzle-piece timing of divine connection. If you’re in a season of “WTF am I doing?”… you’re exactly on time.
