TechPana's investigation found that Ncell has been deducting NPR 1.27 from customers' main balance even when mobile data is turned off and they are using Wi-Fi. The issue appears to have continued for more than 10 months, raising serious questions about Ncell's billing system. After the investigation, Ncell acknowledged a technical issue and said affected customers would be refunded, though some users claim they have yet to receive either refunds or SMS notifications.
