I Thought I Already Healed This - Why The Same Lessons Keep Repeating
One of the biggest misconceptions about healing is believing that once you understand something, you'll never encounter it again. You heal your people pleasing, and then someone crosses a boundary. You work through trust issues, and then someone gives you a reason to question their intentions. You rebuild your self-worth, and then life hands you another opportunity to choose yourself. The lessons repeating are not proof you failed. They're an opportunity to witness who you've become. The question isn't whether similar situations will show up again. The question is whether you move through them the same way you did before. Do you spiral for months? Do you make it your identity? Do you spend years proving your side of the story? Or do you recognize what's being activated, take the lesson, adjust, and keep moving? Because babe, that is progress. It isn't about: perfection. never being triggered. or becoming some enlightened version of yourself who never gets affected by anything. Progress is looking at a situation that would have completely consumed you 5 years ago and realizing you handled it differently this time. That's freaking growth. That's embodiment. And that's often the evidence that gets overlooked because you're too busy focusing on the fact that the lesson showed up at all. If you keep finding yourself frustrated because old themes still surface in your life, Release + Expand is where we uncover what's underneath them, release what's no longer serving you, and build the capacity to move through life differently when they do. How Expectations Block Your Intuition
In this episode, we’re diving into one of the biggest energetic causes of anger, frustration, and emotional reactivity: attachment to outcomes. This conversation explores the balance between healthy boundaries and surrender, and why letting go of control doesn’t mean abandoning yourself, your standards, or your values. Becky shares how Reiki taught her to release expectations around outcomes, and how this same principle completely shifts the way we move through relationships, conversations, business, triggers, and everyday life. She talks about: • Why anger is often rooted in attachment to how we think something “should” go • The difference between healthy assertiveness and reactive control • How expectations block your intuitive channel • Why “greatest and highest good” isn’t always the most comfortable outcome • Looking at triggers as invitations instead of punishments • How letting go of control opens you to possibilities you couldn’t previously see • The energetic difference between boundaries and emotional attachment • Trusting that not every uncomfortable outcome is a bad one This episode is an invitation to soften your grip on needing everything to unfold a certain way, while still staying deeply rooted in your truth, your standards, and your self-respect. Because sometimes the thing your ego wanted… isn’t actually the thing your soul needed. Pleasure, Shame & Power: The Conversation Women Avoid (with Cat Skillwiz)
Explicit
What if the way you experience pleasure is directly impacting your business, your confidence, and your ability to fully express yourself? In this raw, unfiltered conversation, Cat sits down with Becky to dive into the connection between sexual shame, self-expression, and success, and why so many women feel disconnected from their bodies, their desires, and ultimately, their power. From the creation of Becky’s offer Turned On Out Loud to the behind-the-scenes of repositioning it into something deeply aligned (and actually sellable), this episode explores what happens when you stop performing… and start telling your full truth. Inside this episode: Why so many women feel disconnected from pleasure, intimacy, and desire The hidden ways shame shows up in your business decisions and client relationships “How you do one thing is how you do everything” (and why it’s annoyingly true) The real reason your messaging might feel flat or forced What happened when Cat rewrote Becky’s offer positioning (and it made them emotional) How embodiment (yes, even dancing on camera) unlocks suppressed energy A powerful story of releasing deep-rooted shame and reclaiming identity Why your experience of healing doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s to be valid You don’t build a fully expressed, magnetic business while suppressing parts of yourself. When you reconnect with your body, your desires, and your truth, you unlock creativity, clarity, and a level of power that can’t be faked. “Turned On Out Loud” dives deeper into releasing shame and reclaiming pleasure, power, and self-expression. This episode is a reminder that even when life feels confusing, heavy, or completely off track… there’s something deeper unfolding. You’ll be invited to look at what you’re going through right now in a different way, come back into your body, and reconnect with your own power instead of spiralling in your head. If you’ve been questioning where you’re going or why things aren’t making sense, this will help you shift how you’re seeing it… and bring you back into trust with yourself and your path. Becky would absolutely love for you to leave a review with your favourite topic and biggest perspective shift. Your Relationships Are Part of Your Healing (Even When It’s Annoying)
Explicit
A client asked if focusing on relationship triggers meant she was avoiding her own work. Short answer? No. If something keeps coming up with someone in your life, it’s not a distraction from your healing. It’s usually where the real work is happening. What We Talk About Why relationships naturally take up space in your growth The truth about “wasting time” talking about other people How triggers point you back to your own patterns Soul contracts and why certain people keep showing up Letting other people have their own path without making it your responsibility Key Takeaway If it keeps coming up, it matters. Even when it looks like it’s about someone else, it’s showing you something within you that’s ready to shift. Closing Thought Instead of asking, “Why is this happening again?” Try, “What is this here to show me?” Work with Becky This is an audio from inside Release + Expand Standard (group program), and the kind of work we go deep into inside Release + Expand VIP. Navigating the identity shift of... I'M PREGNANT
A conversation about identity shifts, fear, and saying yes to what you actually want. In this solo episode, Becky shares a deeply personal transition she didn’t see coming. A surprise pregnancy that followed years of convincing herself she didn’t want children. What unfolds is not just a story about pregnancy, but about identity shifts, fear, desire, and the cost of postponing what you know, bone-deep, is true for you. This episode is for anyone standing in a threshold. The ones who feel the pull toward something new but keep talking themselves out of it because it feels inconvenient, disruptive, or terrifying. Key Takeaways Transition seasons are uncomfortable because they require you to release an identity that once kept you safe Clarity doesn’t come before action, it builds as you move Fear of the unknown keeps people stuck longer than any actual obstacle Saying yes to yourself is a skill that strengthens with use Discomfort is temporary, but stagnation quietly compounds If this episode stirred something in you, if you recognize yourself in the pause, the hesitation, the identity in flux, this is exactly the space The Transition Room was created for. The Transition Room is for the in-between seasons, when the old no longer fits, but the new hasn’t fully formed yet, when your body knows it’s time, even if your mind is still catching up. If that's where you are, see you inside.
More than Mama: Capacity, Regulation, and Identity for Ambitious Moms
Michelle Kerr is a coach and consultant for ambitious moms who want to build impact in their work while staying present at home and actually feeling like themselves. In this conversation, Michelle shares the pivotal turning points that shaped her path, including navigating identity loss after miscarriage, the surrender that led to motherhood, and the choice to walk away from a highly successful seven-figure business to build a life that felt aligned. Together, Becky and Michelle unpack what most people get wrong about nervous system regulation and why “surface-level self-care” often doesn’t touch the root of burnout. Michelle shares her deeper approach to regulation through values, boundaries, and energy management, plus the identity work that helped her move through self-doubt. They also get into cycle awareness and planning life around your energy, not constant pressure. If you’re an ambitious mom (or a woman holding a massive mental load) who’s tired of stop-start cycles, over-functioning, and trying to do it all perfectly, this one will land. What You’ll Hear In This Episode Michelle’s story of miscarriage, identity loss, and learning surrender Why success and money don’t matter if your life isn’t aligned The difference between “self-care tips” and real nervous system regulation Regulation through values, creativity, impact, and honest alignment Boundaries as protection for your energy (and why guilt shows up) Energy management and planning around your natural highs and lows Cycle awareness and working with your body instead of forcing it Identity + self-trust (and Michelle’s alter ego tool: “Raven”) Why tools matter most when life gets chaotic (kids, sick days, real life) Connect with Michelle Instagram: @michelle.kerr Free Telegram community: More Than Mama Main program: THE MODERN MATRIARCH (capacity expansion framework + coaching + community) If this episode hit home, take a screenshot, share it to your stories, and tag @beckyroitzhealing and @michelle.kerr so we can thank you for listening. Why your throat chakra activation pulls you toward inner work
In this episode, I’m breaking down why so many of my clients find me when they’re between the ages of 28–35 and how that ties directly into the throat chakra’s activation. We talk about what happens energetically when your throat chakra is forming, why this stage often brings up questions around truth, purpose, and expression, and what it really means to live from your authentic voice. I also dive into: The energetic connection between your life stage and your chakra development Why you might feel a deep urge to “figure out your purpose” in your late 20s or early 30s What happens if you missed that healing window earlier in life How old emotional wounds from your younger years can show up as business or money blocks Why talk therapy sometimes can’t move what energy healing can The importance of grounding spiritual growth into your physical reality And if you’re feeling the pull to go deeper into this kind of energetic work, I talk about my Release & Expand four-month immersion—where we dissolve core energetic blocks, collapse time, and help you start showing up as the version of you who actually lives the life you’ve been trying to manifest. ✨ Mentioned in this episode: Release & Expand 4-month immersion Priestess Portal Membership for continued energetic accountability and integration DM me with your questions or head to the link above to join Release & Expand.
