To be on mission for Jesus Christ, we must humble ourselves. Three distinct aspects of an encounter the disciples had with Jesus teach us to humble ourselves.
Aspect #1- The mindset of Jesus- Authority (v. 1-3)
Aspect #2- The example of Jesus- Humility (v. 4-11)
Aspect #3- The lesson from Jesus- Humble yourself (v. 12-17)
Evangelism takes humility. We make ourselves fools for the sake of Jesus and to be on His mission.
