Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy Awareness Day falls on the 30th of September each year

This episode was recorded with a friend of mine from University, Cerys Davage.

She is an incredible woman who suffers with Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy 2i which is a rare strand of Muscular Dystrophy.

In this episode we discuss symptoms, severity, progression and the Muscular Dystrophy community.
