Eating Disorders Awareness Week | 27 February - 5 March 2023

This episode was recorded with a friend of mine, Evie. We met on the Channel 4 Production Training Scheme and we both struggled with eating disorders during our adolescent years.

On a personal note this episode was a much needed conversation. I have not spoken about my eating disorder with someone who has gone through the same experience.
