Community events/ Teaching

In this episode we talk about our experience traveling and doing assemblies in Moab Utah. We also talk about our thoughts on the battle this past weekend and the Junction show. Then we get into teaching. We talk about how long you should be dancing before you start teaching. We talk wages and class sizes and if you want to start teaching what to look for.

Teacher and Student boundaries

In this episode Ashlee Vilos joins us again and we talk about boundaries between student and teachers. What is appropriate and what's not appropriate. We give some examples of what good boundaries are for teachers to with hold and what good boundaries parents should be teaching their kids. This is a topic that needs to be talked about so that our community and every community (especially our youth) is protected. Class/Dance should be a safe and comfortable place for everybody. Interview with Slinky

In this episode we get a little bit of an origin story on where and why Slinky started dancing. We also get into cancel culture and some of our thoughts regarding current topics. Slinky has also done a lot of traveling and has been all over the world performing for multiple companies. He gives us some inside tips on the travel life. What to does and what not to do. This is a long one, but well worth the listen.

Clubs, injuries and pick up lines

In this episodes we talk about some of our experiences at clubs both good and bad. We also talk about injuries. Getting them, working around them and healing from them. We switch gears and talk about pick up lines. Do they work? You decide.

Cigars, alcohol and cars

In this episode we talk about different types of cigars and what you like and what we don't like about them. We get into the differences between smoking tobacco out of pipe compared to cigars and what we like more. We also talk about our experiences with alcohol or lack there of. We tell some stories we have encountered at clubs and parties. We also get into cars and racing.

Our opinions

In this episode we talk about out opinions about the battle this past weekend. From the battles themselves to the judging. We talk about our perspective on the different battles and our initial thoughts and the outcomes, Again, these are just our thoughts and perspectives.

Boundaries

In this episode we talk about random things. Among them we talk about how Joey got the nickname the 2 time. We give our thoughts and opinions about the new Dave Chappell stand up. We also get into why we think nice guys finish last and why holding boundaries in all aspects of life is so important. Lastly we get into some relationship experiences and relationship advice. Interview with White Boi (Bboy/Bgirl training)

In this episode we interview White Boi from the Colorado breakin scene. He gives us some brief history and how he started and why he keeps going today. He talks to us about his experiences with traveling and competing. He also gives us his perspective on training. From how many hours he spends in the studio, to diet and sleeping. We also talk about how important it is to have a rest day for yourself. This episode is both educational and gives a unique perspective on breakin. Check it out.

Scary stories (Ghosts and road trips)

In this episode we talk about our own personal ghost stories as well as the ones some of our friends have encountered. We talk about seeing things move and shadow figures. We also talk about the old haunted paper mill and some things we experienced there. We also get into some scary stories while road tripping to different battles.

Interview with Zo part 2 Sacred Geometry

This episode is a continuation of episode 1 from a couple of weeks ago. He talks about sacred geometry with us and how all of creation is made up of it. He talks about the origins. How its always been present. We just hadn't discovered it yet. We also take a deep dive into soul root alchemy and the different steps involved with that process.
