Episode notes
On the next Taking Chances – Why Not You? @Youtube https://www.youtube.com/@takingchanceswhynotyou/videos
The podcast that challenges the quiet doubts, the excuses, and the hesitation holding you back.
Because the real question isn’t “Why not you?” It should be: Why not me?
Today’s guest is @gavinbrown_ultra —dad of two, elite ultrarunner in pursuit, and living proof that extraordinary goals don’t require an extraordinary starting point. Gavin is chasing big dreams while balancing family, fatigue, setbacks, and real life—and he documents every step of the journey. Check him out! You're not going to believe what he's up to this June!!! Running across the entire state of Colorado!
This isn’t just about running.
It’s about consistency over motivation. Discipline over comfort.
And what happens when you decide to stop waiting for permission and start showing up anyway.
If you’ve ever felt stuck… behind… or unsure if you’ve got what it takes—this episode will show you exactly how to go from stuck to unstoppable.
