Episode notes
In this special edition of Sunday Spark: The Set List, Pastor Zach performs “America the Beautiful” in a soulful arrangement inspired by Keb’ Mo’ and Ray Charles.
More than a patriotic anthem, the song is also a prayer—celebrating the beauty of the nation while asking God to refine its flaws, deepen its self-control, and guide its success toward nobleness, mercy, liberty, and brotherhood. As we commemorate America’s 250th anniversary, this performance invites us to give thanks for the country we love while continuing to imagine what it may become when grace shapes our life together.
Listen, reflect, and join the prayer that God would crown our good with brotherhood, from sea to shining sea.
