Episode notes
The Roys fly to London to court Caroline, Logan's English ex-wife, for her three percent vote as Sandy and Stewy's hostile proxy fight intensifies. On the jet, Kendall and Roman discover Logan has brought Rhea Jarrell along as a strategy advisor, and that night she ends up in his bed. Logan drags Kendall to the Dodds family's home for a staged damage-control visit after a tabloid plants the Doddy story; Kendall returns alone to push an envelope of cash through their mail slot. Caroline forces Logan to choose between the Hamptons house and twenty million plus Christmas with the kids. Back in New York, Tom panics during the cruise investigation and pressures Greg to burn the documents, but Greg secretly records the exchange and pockets a few pages. Rhea offers Shiv the vacant PGM CEO job, which turns out to be a loyalty test Logan already knew about.
This episode reframes the season's power map: Rhea displaces Shiv as Logan's confidante, Greg quietly becomes the most dangerous person in the company, and Kendall's guilt over Doddy hardens into the leash Logan will keep pulling. You'll understand why Shiv is left behind in London, how the cruise scandal gives Greg real leverage for the first time, and what Caroline's three percent and her negotiation reveal about the family's emotional economy heading into the finale.
