This week's episode is in honor of Asian American and Pacific Heritage month. Our story takes in place in the year 1999--Hong Kong, China. When a 14 year-old girl tells police she's been haunted by the ghost of a woman, she isn't taken seriously. That is, until she brings police to a tenement at No. 31 Granville Road and they witness the aftermath of the horrors that took place inside. Jennifer Lee Daugherty never had a difficult time making friends. Her disability gave her the intellectual capacity of a teenager, but she was working towards moving into her own apartment with the help of her parents. When she boards the bus to Greensburg on February 8th, 2010, a regularly scheduled sleepover with her friend ends with a horrific twist. A random act of brutality changes a small Illinois town forever when the case turns cold. But cold cases mean that someone out there knows something, even if the police don't. Death follows a man named Michael Gargiulo where he goes--but is he guilty, or just unlucky? Happy Pride Month! To start this month off right I decided to re-release an episode from my YouTube channel. This is just a little bonus and we'll be back to our regularly scheduled programming on this upcoming Mortuary Monday! Sonia Rescalvo Zafra was a transgender woman from Spain. In the 80s, she took the stages of Barcelona as an exotic dancer before falling on hard times; but nothing would prepare her for the dark fate that awaited her in Ciutadella Park.
