He discusses the competitive landscape between Rocket Pool, Lido, and Coinbase, and the upcoming Ethereum Shanghai upgrade that will allow potentially unstaking $33.8 billion worth of ETH. After the upgrade, it is expected that Ethereum's staking ratio will increase to around 40%, which could benefit liquid staking providers like Rocket Pool.
