We were preoccupied with whether or not we could; we did not stop to think if we should. It’s ironic, a fantasy movie, Jurassic Park, aptly describes the medical crisis we face today, I am talking about emerging and antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections and how to prevent them spread resulting in epidemics and pandemics that can kill 10 million people per year by 2050 [1,2]. We are now facing a mortal enemy that surpasses our Intelligence.
