Sit comfortably.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a slow, deep breath in… and softly release.

Again… breathe in deeply… and exhale slowly.

Allow the body to settle.

Allow the mind to pause.

For the next few moments, there is nothing you need to do… nowhere you need to go… and nothing you need to become.

This is simply a space to return to yourself.
