Candy, Cucuy, y Cempasúchil
Episode notes
Join your amigas for a discussion on the upcoming spooky season! We talk about Halloween, scary movies, el Cucuy, sleep paralysis A.K.A cuando se te sube el muerto, and most importantly Día de Los Muertos. In this episode, we reminisce on our favorite Halloween memories, talk about los dulces de la Rosie, Mari’s red flags, and Wendy’s sister’s fake murder. In true Spilling La Sopa fashion, we share about the history of our beloved Dia de Los Muertos celebration and take some time to honor our loved ones, Firulais el perro included. To close, we invite you to honor your loved ones who have passed using our reflection questions.
