Nancy is a seventh-generation native of the Kanawha Valley who proudly follows in the footsteps of her Dickinson ancestors, leading her family’s businesses with integrity, purpose, and a deep commitment to community. In 2013, she and her brother revived the historic Dickinson salt business—bringing a legacy industry back to life while proving that innovation and tradition can thrive side by side.
