Rambling #28 - On the love of vinyl with James and Jack from TABA Records

Rambling: Good blokes, great conversations. by Shunter & 8Ball

Episode notes

Best mates James Harrison and Jack Robbins founded There and Back Again Records 12 months ago in the former North Geelong home of Wayne's World of Music and Excellent Stuff. After past owner Wayne Marshall suddenly passed away in 2024, James and Jack took over the store and transformed it into a destination for vinyl lovers, record collectors, and music fans in general in the Geelong area.

In this episode the boys from TABA chat about where their love of vinyl comes from, what to look for when buying vinyl records, and how they transformed an iconic - yet chaotic - second hand record store into a local community microcosm for lovers of all things vinyl and music.
